Sonesta Select Greenbelt College Park

The staff was very helpful and accommodating to our needs, also very friendly. The pool and hot tub was a big plus, very well maintained and clean. The little courtyard was a nice little space to relax. Room was very clean and well stocked with towels.

The morning 7am front desk gentlemen (seems to be a shift supervisor)who I have interacted with in the last two stays have a good understanding of what a customer service is. He is very pleasant and always ask me if my stay was fine. Sonesta should be proud to have a such a wonderful employee representing Sonesta brand.

The room was very comfortable with plenty of space. It was also extremely clean. I like the amenities within the property as well as in the room. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were extremely friendly no matter who I talked to. The room was very clean when I arrived and l appreciated the mid-week room cleaning. The gym was nice as well.

While our experience here was mostly positive, there were a few annoyances as well. We had been upgraded to a King Suite, which was very nice. The staff was great and the location was perfect for us We were able to go to the National Arboretum and the Tidal Basin for the "Cherry Blossom Festival" without too much difficulty. Also, Greenbelt Park is literally right across the street, though we didn't take advantage of that because of the weather.
