Sonesta Select Greenbelt College Park

breakfast was very nice, would have liked a little more variety. Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful even though we could not communicate with them (did not speak english). Very convenient to our daughter's apt and UMD.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating to our needs, also very friendly. The pool and hot tub was a big plus, very well maintained and clean. The little courtyard was a nice little space to relax. Room was very clean and well stocked with towels.

The morning 7am front desk gentlemen (seems to be a shift supervisor)who I have interacted with in the last two stays have a good understanding of what a customer service is. He is very pleasant and always ask me if my stay was fine. Sonesta should be proud to have a such a wonderful employee representing Sonesta brand.

Public transit right down the road, only took about an hour to get downtown Washington DC. It was perfect for what we needed, clean, they had coffee and tea complimentary in the lobby. The man at the desk when we checked out was extremely polite and professional. Has some mixed reviews but it was better then we expected. Would recommend.

I was running late for my check in time but when I arrive, everything was OK and very quickly, I did not hear any noise in the hotel so that was a plus also there was nobody running lotta screaming none of that happened so I enjoyed it
